June & July Cruise-In

These Cruise-Ins were for Sofia Carman, a 9 month old with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia.  That meant part of her stomach and intestines were in her chest.  Her condition is a 1/2500 chance defect.  She was fed by IV fluids only until December when she had her first repair surgery for her diaphragmatic hernia, where they sewed a patch onto her diaphram to hold everything down.  In March they discovered that the patch holding everything down had torn and she had a second surgery to repair the diphragmatic hernia.She was released from the hospital on 5/24/08 after being there for seven months and not expected to live.  We raised a total of $ 1028.00.

April & May Cruise-In

These Cruise-Ins were for Dee Richards.  She is currently undergoing cancer treatment.  We raised a total of $1384.17.
